As an Airlines Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers and ensuring smooth operations of our flights. You will work closely with our ground staff, flight crew, and other departments to ensure a seamless travel experience for our passengers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival areas - Handle ticket reservations, changes, and cancellations - Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and other travel-related inquiries - Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with ground staff, flight crew, and other departments to ensure on-time departures and arrivals - Assist passengers with special needs or requests, such as wheelchair assistance or dietary restrictions - Process and handle luggage and cargo in accordance with company policies - Maintain accurate records of passenger and flight information - Stay updated on industry trends and changes in airline policies and procedures - Participate in training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Hospitality, or related field - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Knowledge of airline operations and regulations is a plus - Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends/holidays - Freshers are welcome to apply Contract Details: This is a full-time, permanent position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
