Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable travel experiences for our customers. : We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airline Ticketing Process/ Ground Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel needs, including booking flights, managing reservations, and providing information about travel policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for coordinating with airline representatives and other ground staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide accurate and up-to-date information about flight schedules, fares, and travel policies - Process ticket reservations and payments - Manage and update customer reservations and flight changes - Coordinate with airline representatives to resolve any issues or discrepancies - Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations - Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner - Assist with check-in procedures and boarding processes - Collaborate with other ground staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive travel experience for our customers. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred - Knowledge of airline ticketing systems and procedures - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Must be able to lift and move heavy luggage if required.
