Also checking with any B2B wholesalers just in case. o Suggesting best possible routing, airline by keeping in mind Immigration rules. o Quoting the client lowest airfare in real-time or within few minutes of receiving the query. o Calling for Passport copies of the client to create the PNR, store the fare. o Updating the client with baggage allowance, seat & meal preference, special requests, web check-in. o Updating the client with issuance deadline, cancellation, rescheduling, refund policy. o Aggressively following up on the query until the deal gets closed. o Liaise relationship managers of Airline & B2B consolidators. o Timely checking the Queues in GDS so as to avoid getting ADM. o Following up with Airlines & Issuing agents for refunds if any. o Checking weekly...
