Dream World Tours is looking for a

motivated and detail-oriented Airline Ticketing Executive

to join our team. The role involves handling airline ticket bookings, reservations, cancellations, and ensuring excellent customer service for both domestic and international travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage airline ticket sales, bookings, re-bookings, and cancellations. Coordinate with airlines for seat confirmations, flight schedules, and changes. Issue, reissue, and process refunds for flight tickets as per airline guidelines. Provide accurate travel information, baggage rules, and documentation requirements. Ensure a smooth travel experience for customers, especially during peak seasons.

Desired Candidate Profile:

0-2 years of experience in airline ticketing/reservations.

Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) will be an added advantage.

Good understanding of domestic & international flight booking processes. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

Graduate in any discipline. Diploma in Travel & Tourism/IATA Certification preferred but not mandatory.
