Join a Leading Travel Group! Hiring Ticketing Executive

We are seeking energetic, passionate and enthusiastic people for Ticketing department. Suitable candidates should have the expertise to perform ticket issuance , re issuance , cancellation, refunds , customer support via chat or call and resolve all client issues with exceptional customer service skills. Good knowledge of GDS like Amadeus , Sabre , Worldspan will be expected from all candidates.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Create PNRs and route tickets using Amadeus
Assist clients with travel planning through calls and emails.
Should be well versed with City Codes Airline Codes.
Issue international and domestic air tickets for destinations worldwide
Handle ticket issuance, cancellations, reissues, and refunds efficiently
Be enthusiastic and confident communicator with a great phone personality and active listening skills.
Be self-motivated and consistently perform at a high level.
