Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle a high volume of customer cases within designated timelines.
• Identify customer requirements, clarify information, and provide effective and customer-oriented solutions.
• Foster sustainable relationships and go the extra mile to engage customers.

Requirements and Skills:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate.
• Preferably trained in GDS, particularly Amadeus.
• Strong numerical aptitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating strong listening abilities.
• Basic typing and computer proficiency.
• Recent experience in face-to-face customer service, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or other customer-focused industries.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work in rotational shift schedules.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Proven ability to manage and defuse difficult situations.
• Well-developed problem-solving skills with a commitment to resolution.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Adaptability to fast-paced and constantly changing operational environments.
• Compassion and empathy for customers with special needs.
• Exceptional personal grooming and presentation.
