Customer Care Representative (CCR) to join our

Airline Process Team

This role involves providing

exceptional customer service

and support to airline passengers via phone -- assisting with

travel-related inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and issue resolution

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver a

delightful and seamless customer experience

on every call. Handle

customer queries

related to flights, bookings, and travel concerns. Provide

accurate and timely information

while ensuring complete satisfaction. Maintain

professionalism, empathy, and efficiency

in all interactions.

Who We're Looking For

Fresher or Experienced

candidates welcome (customer service experience preferred).

Graduate / Under-Graduate

(any stream).

Excellent communication skills

(verbal & written).

Customer-focused mindset

with strong problem-solving abilities.

Good computer proficiency

and typing speed.
