Role Overview:
We are hiring skilled Customer Support professionals to assist short-term rental property hosts and guests operating in the USA market. This role requires first-hand knowledge of Airbnb's internal customer support structure, policies, escalation frameworks, and communication standards gained through direct full-time internal employment at Airbnb, Inc.
Applicants must have worked directly at Airbnb, Inc. as a full-time internal employee in Customer Experience, Host Support, Guest Support, or Trust & Safety teams. This requirement is strictly based on professional competency and domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle guest and host support inquiries professionally and efficiently
Manage reservations, refunds, check-in/check-out concerns, listing issues, safety communications, and escalations
Provide timely, accurate, and solution-focused responses
Maintain professional, client-facing communication for high guest satisfaction
Coordinate with property hosts and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
Work on a laptop or desktop during assigned shift hours
Take ownership and accountability for support cases
Required Skills and Experience:
Direct full-time internal employment experience at Airbnb, Inc. (mandatory)
Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
Strong knowledge of Airbnb support workflows, policies, and case resolution frameworks gained internally
Experience handling escalations, conflicts, and time-sensitive support cases
Willingness to work rotational shifts in US time zones
Strong problem-solving and case ownership mindset
Hospitality or short-term rental support experience is an advantage
Technical & Work Requirements:
Minimum 15 Mbps stable internet connection
Laptop or desktop required (minimum 8 GB RAM recommended)
Must be present in front of the system during assigned shift hours
Must ensure secure and private handling of all client and case data
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
