Job Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented candidates to join our Air Export operations team. This role involves shipment tracking, documentation, and customer coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare
Air Waybills (AWB)
and handle basic Export documentation
Prepare
Invoice, Packing List
, Shipping Instructions
Track and update shipment status in internal systems
Coordinate with customers for shipment updates and documentation follow-ups
Support
Air Freight forwarding
operational activities
Assist in
Customs documentation
and related paperwork
Ensure accuracy and timely processing of export documents
Eligibility
Freshers
welcome
OR
0-6 months experience
in Air Exports / Air Waybill processing
Basic knowledge of
Air Freight forwarding
is an added advantage
Good communication skills (oral & written)
Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
