Job Description

Vision Flying Training Institute is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated

with a minimum of

10 years of operational experience

to join our team as an

ELP (English Language Proficiency) Instructor and Examiner

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

ELP (English Language Proficiency) training

for aspiring and current Air Traffic Controllers. Evaluate and

examine candidates

for ELP Level 6 proficiency. Develop and implement

lesson plans, training modules, and assessment tools

for ELP courses. Maintain

records of student progress

and examination outcomes. Participate in

continuous improvement initiatives

to enhance training quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum

10 years of experience as a licensed Air Traffic Controller

. Proven experience in

ELP training and examination

(ELP Level 6 preferred). Excellent

communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

. Ability to

conduct assessments

and provide constructive feedback. Passion for

aviation safety, training excellence, and professional development

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
