Travel Bell is seeking a highly skilled Air Ticketing Expert to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in international and domestic ticketing, knowledge of airline reservation systems, and a strong ability to provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international flight bookings, cancellations, and reissuances.
Manage reservations through GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
Provide customers with accurate flight information, fare details, and travel guidelines.
Ensure timely issuance of tickets and resolve customer queries effectively.
Coordinate with airlines and vendors for special requests, refunds, and schedule changes.
Maintain proper records of bookings, invoices, and customer interactions.
Stay updated on airline policies, travel regulations, and industry trends. Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in air ticketing within a travel agency or related industry.
Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).
Strong knowledge of domestic & international ticketing procedures.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.
