Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
Provide customers with accurate flight options, fares, and schedules.
Coordinate with airlines and clients for booking-related queries and updates.
Manage group bookings and corporate travel arrangements.
Assist clients with visa, travel insurance, and other travel-related requirements.
Ensure all bookings are made as per company policies and client requirements.
Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in air ticketing or travel industry.
Proficiency in GDS systems and basic office software.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask
