Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Air Ticket Executive

to manage

domestic and international flight bookings, group ticketing, cancellations, and reissues.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in

GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)

and capable of handling both

individual and group air travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

air ticket bookings (B2B & B2C)

- domestic, international & group travel. Create and manage

PNRs, fare quotations, re-issuance, and refunds.

Coordinate and negotiate fares with airlines and consolidators. Provide customers and agents with

flight schedules, pricing, and after-sales support.

Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and reports.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience

in air ticketing (domestic & international). Proficiency in

GDS software

(Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre). Good knowledge of

group ticketing procedures and airline fare rules.

Excellent

communication and multitasking

abilities. Graduate preferred;

Diploma in Travel & Tourism

will be an added advantage.
