Drive sales for GSA, Air Freight, and related service divisions.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and generate revenue growth.
Actively pursue new business through networking, client meetings, and sales calls.
Build brand visibility through social media and digital marketing initiatives.
Establish, manage, and strengthen relationships with shippers, carriers, customers, and vendors.
Take complete ownership of customer issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (specialization in Sales/Marketing preferred).
IATA / DG Certification - Mandatory
5-6 years of proven experience in sales, with preference for candidates from the freight forwarding industry (Air Division).
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal abilities and client relationship management.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive in achieving targets.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Language fluency: English, Hindi, and Marathi.
