Key Responsibilities and Deliverables1. Air Export Pricing

Obtain competitive freight rates from airlines, consolidators, and agents. Prepare and submit quotations to customers on time. Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure profitability and service competitiveness. Monitor market trends and airline rate fluctuations regularly. Maintain a structured rate database for quick reference and benchmarking.

2. Customer Service

Serve as the primary point of contact for key air export clients. Handle pre-shipment to post-shipment queries and provide real-time shipment updates. Ensure timely closure of customer queries and escalations. Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive, professional communication. Coordinate with internal departments and overseas partners to meet client expectations.

3. Documentation

Oversee preparation of HAWB, MAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, and other shipping documents. Ensure documentation accuracy in line with customs and airline regulations. Coordinate with CHA partners and statutory bodies for smooth clearance and cargo movement. Maintain well-organized documentation records for audits and compliance.

4. MIS Reports & Data Management

Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review. Track key performance indicators such as shipment volume, service levels, and customer experience. Provide data-driven insights for operational and strategic decision-making. Maintain updated shipment tracking systems with high data accuracy.
