Air Export Operations and sales:

Handle

end-to-end air export operations

from booking to final departure. Prepare and manage all export documentation including

MAWB, HAWB

, shipping bills, courier and related documents. Coordinate with

airlines, airport terminals, CHA, transporters

, and warehouses. Strong knowledge of

Airport Terminal Charges

, airline procedures, and cut-off timelines. File and manage

AMS / Advance Manifest filings

as required. Ensure compliance with airline, customs, and regulatory requirements. Handle

overseas agent communication

for bookings, confirmations, and shipments & well versed with incoterms. Prepare

air export quotations

for customers and overseas agents. Negotiate rates with Master coloders airlines and overseas partners. Coordinate closely with internal pricing, sales, and operations teams. Act as the

single point of contact

for key customers. Provide regular shipment updates and handle customer queries efficiently. Maintain and submit

all DSRs (Daily Status Reports)

accurately and on time. Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction. Manage and grow

existing customer accounts

. To have your

own business / customer relationships

to support growth of the Air Export department will be an added advantage. Identify new business opportunities in air exports. Support management in achieving departmental revenue and volume targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2-3

years of experience

in

Air Export Freight Forwarding

. Strong knowledge of

pricing, operations, documentation, and customer service

. Hands-on experience with

MAWB, HAWB, AMS, airline handling, and overseas agents

. Good understanding of

air freight market trends and airline networks

.

Excellent communication skills

(verbal and written). Ability to handle work independently and manage multiple shipments. Business-oriented mindset with focus on growth. Knowledge of Courier and Air Import operations will be considered an added advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
