As an Admission Counselor, you will play a key role in attracting and guiding prospective students through the admission process, leveraging your sales expertise to meet and exceed enrollment targets. Job Title: Senior Admission Counsellor - InternationalJob Responsibilities:- Contact prospective customers through inbound leads follow up on calls (leads are provided).- Converting the leads via Outbound calls Explaining the services and converting the provided leads into Sales.- Understand customer needs and requirements and perform effective sales calls demos to prospects.- Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects (lead)- Closing: Negotiate and finalize sales, meeting or exceeding targets.- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas- Client Relationship Management: Ensure client satisfaction/retention.Required Skills:- Previous working experience as an Admission Counsellor/Outbound Sales for (1 - 4) year(s)- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets- Proficiency in CRM software (ref:updazz.com)
