Job Description

An AI/ML Trainer is responsible for

developing training data, evaluating model performance, refining algorithms, and delivering technical training

to candidates, requiring skills in Python, data science, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and strong communication to ensure AI systems are accurate, unbiased, and effective for business goals. Key requirements include a relevant degree, experience with AI tools, and a knack for teaching and technical problem-solving.

Job Title: AI/ML Trainer / Master Trainer (AI & ML)



Key Responsibilities:

Data Curation & Annotation:

Develop, label, and structure large datasets for training ML models, ensuring quality and relevance.

Model Training & Evaluation:

Teach AI systems, test model outputs, identify errors, and re-annotate data to improve accuracy and reduce bias.

Content Development:

Create and deliver technical training programs, course materials, and toolkits on AI/ML concepts for various audiences (students, clients).

Performance Monitoring:

Continuously assess AI system effectiveness and optimize training methods for efficiency.

Collaboration:

Work with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to refine AI functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related fields.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Python, AI/ML tools, data analysis, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Experience:

Proven experience in AI/ML, data science, or technical training.

Soft Skills:

Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and analytical skills; ability to explain complex concepts.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
