Description Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules\' firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements. Requirements Required Skill Set: . SCALA/ Python . Azure Databricks/i360 . CI-CD Tools - Jenkins, SonarQube, JIRA, Nexus, Confluence, GIT-BitBucket, Maven . Databases - Postgres/ Oracle / MySQL / NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4J) . API Management (Apigee, Mulesoft, API Gateway) preferred Should Have: . Snowflake, Teradata . Oracle - SQL procedures/packages . UNIX - PL/SQL . Helm and Kubernetes a plus . IDE Eclipse Job Responsibilities . Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve issues . Demonstrate initiative and ownership of assigned tasks . Top notch-programming skills in Java and related frameworks such as Spring and Spring Boot . Strong Experience in REST API based Microservices development & integration that includes long running orchestration services . Good hands on development experience in Java microservices . Experience implementing services with modern authentication using OAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT . Implementation Experience in RDBMS (MySQL/ SQL Server) and good SQL query knowledge . Development experience using Gitlab and JIRA. . Strong CI/CD experience with Gitlab CI/CD or Jenkins or Maven . Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, etc. . Strong Experience working in Agile development methodologies . Exceptional analytical and creative problem solving skills solution-oriented individual. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Design and develop globally deployed cloud based micro-services solutions with high availability. . Works with the solution architect to understand and clarify user requirements. Develops web applications and APIs using Java . Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on application maintenance and support activities for existing technology solutions . Lead and mentor junior developers and drive them into technical discussions . Be responsible for assessing current software development practices and principles to identify and implement process improvements Process/Communication Skills: . Experience of working in an Agile environment . Must have a proven track record to work at all stages of the software development life cycle. . Collaborating with the Agile Customer at SCRUM Meetings to assign business value to technical stories . Create well written documentation. .
