: As an AI and ML Researcher at Lending Buddha, you will play a critical role in advancing our mission to develop innovative machine learning algorithms and AI solutions to meet the unique needs of our users. You will be responsible for researching, designing, and implementing advanced AI and ML models and solutions that address complex challenges. Key Responsibilities: Algorithm Development: Lead the development of state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms tailored to the specific needs of our users. Customized AI Solutions: Design and build AI-based solutions that cater to the unique requirements and preferences of our user base. Model Building: Develop, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models for various applications, focusing on user-centric outcomes. Data Analysis: Analyze user-specific datasets, derive insights, and create data-driven solutions that enhance user experiences. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to translate research into user-centric products. Prototyping: Create prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations to validate research findings and demonstrate their value to users. Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI and ML research, exploring new techniques and technologies to drive innovation in our user solutions. Qualifications:

• A Ph.D. or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and developing machine learning algorithms and AI solutions.
• Strong programming skills, with proficiency in Python and experience with relevant ML frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills for collaborative work within a team-oriented environment.
• A track record of delivering research-driven solutions that enhance user experiences.
