About the Role:

Engineer Sahab Education is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable

AI/ML Mentor

with

1 to 3 years of industry or teaching experience

to join our growing team in

Indore

. This is a full-time, in-office role where you will guide and mentor students, helping them build strong foundations in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning through hands-on learning, real-world projects, and industry-relevant tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and interactive sessions on

AI/ML concepts

, including Python for ML, Data Preprocessing, Supervised & Unsupervised Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and more. Guide students in building

capstone projects

, participating in hackathons, and solving real-world problems. Provide

1-on-1 mentorship

and doubt-solving support to help learners strengthen their understanding. Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends and continuously improve the course material. Conduct regular

assessments, feedback sessions, and progress reviews

. Collaborate with curriculum designers and the academic team to enhance learning outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science

, or related field.

1-3 years

of experience in AI/ML development or teaching/training roles. Proficient in

Python

, machine learning libraries like

Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, Pandas, NumPy

, etc. Strong communication skills and passion for mentoring students. Experience in building and deploying ML models is a plus.
