Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML models and algorithms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into AI solutions. Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers. Oversee the full lifecycle of machine learning projects, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring. Conduct research to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and ML. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively. Ensure best practices in data management, model development, and deployment.

Qualifications:

4 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong portfolio of projects. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Strong understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying AI solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and leadership skills.
