About the Role

We are hiring a passionate and fast-learning

AI/ML Engineer (Fresher)

to work on

AI agents, LLM-based applications, RAG systems, and intelligent automation solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who has explored AI tools, LLM APIs, LangChain, or AI project work and wants to build real-world

AI agent systems

under mentoring from senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and build AI agents using

LangChain, Mastra, or similar frameworks

Assist in designing agent workflows (multi-step reasoning, tool calling, error handling) Work on

prompt engineering

, testing, and optimization Implement conversational and long-term memory systems Build RAG pipelines using vector databases (

Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector

) Integrate across

OpenAI, Anthropic, Google LLM APIs

Participate in evaluation, testing, and improving deployed AI agents Collaborate with the engineering team on AI product development

Required SkillsMust-Have Skills:

Strong programming fundamentals in

Node.js / TypeScript

(or willingness to learn fast) Basic understanding of

AI/ML concepts and LLMs

Familiarity with

OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google AI APIs

(projects/coursework count) Basic

prompt engineering

knowledge Understanding of API development and integration Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset High curiosity, willingness to learn, and passion for AI/ML

Good-to-Have Skills:

Academic or personal AI agent projects (LangChain, Mastra, etc.) Exposure to

vector databases

or

RAG systems

Python as a secondary programming language Basic understanding of agent workflow design and tool calling Familiarity with

Git/version control

AI/ML or Generative AI certifications
