Job Overview
Adiance Technologies is seeking an
experienced AI/ML Developer
with strong expertise in
computer vision, large language models (LLMs), and generative AI
. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning solutions for real-world applications, including image/video analysis, NLP, and creative AI-driven content generation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement computer vision models (object detection, classification, video analytics) using frameworks like
OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch
.
Work with
LLMs (GPT, BERT, etc.)
for NLP tasks such as text understanding, chatbots, summarization, and question-answering systems.
Build
generative AI models
(GANs, VAEs, diffusion models) for synthetic data, images, and text generation.
Collect, preprocess, and manage image, video, and text datasets for training and evaluation.
Train and optimize deep learning models using
GPU acceleration and distributed systems
.
Collaborate with engineers to integrate AI models into production with a focus on scalability and performance.
Stay updated with advancements in
computer vision, NLP, and generative AI
, applying cutting-edge research to real-world projects.
Monitor model performance using metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, log-loss) and troubleshoot issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's in
Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields
.
Proficiency in
Python
and frameworks such as
TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras
.
Hands-on experience in
computer vision
(image recognition, object detection, video processing).
Strong expertise with
LLMs
(GPT, BERT, HuggingFace) and fine-tuning for NLP applications.
Proven work with
generative AI models
(GANs, VAEs, diffusion models).
Knowledge of
deep learning concepts
: CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, Generative Models.
Experience with
cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
or on-premise deployment.
Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
transfer learning, self-supervised learning, or unsupervised learning
.
Familiarity with
multimodal AI models
(e.g., CLIP, DALLE).
Proficiency with
NLP tools
(SpaCy, HuggingFace, NLTK).
Prior exposure to
3D computer vision, semantic segmentation, or depth estimation
.
