AI/ML Expert

with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and intelligent systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building

chatbots and search engines

. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end AI solution development and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications. Build conversational AI systems and

chatbots

using NLP and LLM frameworks. Develop or enhance

search algorithms

for data discovery and recommendation. Lead AI system architecture, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring. Integrate ML pipelines with production systems and ensure performance at scale. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate needs into technical solutions. Stay up-to-date with emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:

4+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Data Science. Strong proficiency in

Python

, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks. Experience in

NLP

, LLM tuning, vector databases, embeddings, and conversational AI tools. Proven experience building

Search Engines

, RAG pipelines, or semantic search. Familiarity with

financial domain models

(credit scoring, fraud detection, trading algorithms, etc.) is a plus. Experience deploying ML models to

cloud environments

(AWS, GCP, Azure). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
