Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

Location: Madurai / Chennai

Experience: 3-6 Years (Mid-Level)

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, train, test, and deploy

machine learning and deep learning models

Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns
Build data pipelines and preprocessing workflows for model training

Develop and fine-tune

Large Language Models (LLMs)

for product-specific use cases. Implement and deploy

Generative AI

features (text, image, code generation, summarization, etc.) into live applications. Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Cohere, Anthropic, etc.) and optimize performance, latency, and cost. Build pipelines for prompt engineering, evaluation, and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF). Collaborate with product managers and UX teams to translate business problems into AI solutions. Conduct R&D on the latest in GenAI, NLP, and transformer models

Requirements:

3-6 years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, or related fields. Strong hands-on experience with

transformer-based models

(GPT, BERT, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.). Experience with GenAI tools like OpenAI API, LangChain, Hugging Face, RAG pipelines. Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers). Solid understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation metrics for LLMs. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ML deployment best practices. Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.) is a plus. Good understanding of data preprocessing, labeling, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
