About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned

AI/ML leader

who can design, build, and deliver

large-scale GenAI/LLM solutions

while remaining hands-on with production-grade code. This role combines client engagement, end-to-end architecture ownership, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead

end-to-end design & implementation

of AI/ML & GenAI solutions. Act as a

client-facing technical advisor

, shaping roadmaps and validating delivery. Build and optimize

LLM-powered applications, agentic AI workflows, and pipelines

. Develop production-ready Python code: APIs, microservices, and ML integrations. Execute

prompt engineering & fine-tuning

strategies for LLM-driven features. Implement

MLOps & CI/CD pipelines

(Docker, Kubernetes, Azure). Conduct

code reviews, performance profiling, and model governance

. Ensure compliance with

responsible AI, privacy & data regulations

.

Required Skills

Programming:

Python (Pandas, NumPy, FastAPI/Flask)

ML/AI Expertise:

LLMs, NLP, GenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, Reinforcement Learning, Agentic AI

Architecture:

Microservices, APIs, containerization (Docker/K8s), REST

Frameworks/Tools:

PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs

MLOps & Cloud:

Azure (preferred), CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins), monitoring, scaling ML pipelines

Soft Skills:

Strong client-facing communication, problem-solving, team leadership

Preferred

Proven delivery of

enterprise-scale GenAI apps

Multi-modal AI/agentic AI experience Familiarity with

GDPR/HIPAA, ethical AI frameworks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 per year
