About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned AI/ML leader who not only produces large-scale solutions but also writes production-grade code daily. You'll bridge client needs and technical delivery--owning design, estimation, hands-on development, deployment and team enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution design for AI/ML applications, from high-level architecture to detailed module implementation.

Act as primary client technical advisor: gather requirements, shape solution roadmaps, and validate deliverables.

Create and maintain effort estimations, project plans, and risk assessments, revising as projects evolve.

Hands-on development in Python: build data pipelines, train/tune models, integrate agentic AI workflows and GenAI components.

Hands-on experience with Python, Hugging face Transformers and other algorithms

Define and execute prompt engineering strategies for LLM-driven features.

Implement and optimize production ML systems on cloud platforms (Azure), ensuring CI/CD and MLOps best practices.

Conduct code reviews, performance profiling, and system tests without supervision.

Drive ethical AI governance, data privacy compliance, and model monitoring processes.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's or master's in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field

Experience

8+ years in AI/ML roles, with hands-on coding experience in production systems

Programming Skills

Expert in Python, strong in data processing (Pandas, NumPy), API development (Fast API/Flask)

ML Expertise

Large Language Model, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, prompt engineering, reinforcement & other algorithms, Agentic AI

Architecture

Microservices, containerization (Docker/K8s), REST, cloud-native deployments

Frameworks & Tools

TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI APIs

DevOps & MLOps

CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring

Soft Skills

Client engagement, independent problem solving, estimation accuracy, clear communication

Preferred Qualifications

Prior delivery of GenAI-powered applications at scale.

Experience with agentic AI systems and multi-modal model integration.

Experience with Python, Hugging face Transformers and other algorithms

Cloud-native AI/ML platforms and MLOps pipelines

Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA) and responsible AI frameworks.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: ?110,000.00 - ?120,000.00 per month
