Role Overview

We are hiring an AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in building AI agents to join our growing team. In this role, you will develop intelligent autonomous systems that integrate machine learning, reasoning, and real world interaction to support smarter decision making in healthcare.

You will work on dynamic AI agent architectures using technologies like tool augmented LLMs, intelligent workflows, and multi step reasoning. This position is ideal for someone excited about building the future of AI powered healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

AI Agent Development

: Design and deploy intelligent AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom solutions

Model Development

: Build, train, and integrate machine learning models using health data such as EHRs, imaging, genomics, and wearables

System Integration

: Enable agents to interact with APIs, internal tools, and clinical databases

Reasoning and Planning

: Implement techniques like chain of thought prompting or reinforcement learning for agent adaptability

Production Deployment

: Deploy robust and scalable agents in collaboration with software engineers

Cross Functional Collaboration

: Work with clinicians, data scientists, and product managers to translate clinical workflows into agent logic

Ethical Compliance

: Ensure agents adhere to healthcare regulations and ethical standards including HIPAA and data privacy best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred but not required) Minimum 2 years of experience in building and deploying AI or ML systems (Must Have) Hands on experience developing AI agents or agent based architectures (Must Have) Strong proficiency in Python (Must Have) Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, Haystack, or similar agent orchestration tools Experience with ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit learn Understanding of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7), EHRs, and clinical systems Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure Natural Language Processing for clinical text (Nice to have) Prior experience with healthcare data (Nice to have) Use of vector databases, graph based reasoning, or knowledge graphs Reinforcement learning or planning systems Knowledge of AI safety, model interpretability, and ethical AI in healthcare
