Overview

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML techniques, a passion for solving complex problems, and experience working with large datasets.

Key Responsibilities

Model Development and Deployment

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.

Data Analysis and Preprocessing

Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for training and evaluation. Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and insights.

Algorithm Selection and Implementation

Select appropriate machine learning algorithms based on project requirements and data characteristics. Implement and fine-tune algorithms using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

Research and Innovation

Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI/ML technologies. Experiment with new techniques and approaches to improve existing models.

Collaborative Development

Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to integrate AI/ML solutions into products and services. Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving.

Performance Monitoring and Maintenance

Monitor the performance of deployed models and ensure their reliability and accuracy. Continuously update models to adapt to new data and changing requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education

: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience

: 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related role.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java. Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras. Strong understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.

Data Skills

: Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Analytical Skills

: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Communication Skills

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Collaboration

: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and SQL. Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques. Understanding of software development best practices, including version control and CI/CD pipelines.

Pay: ₹500,000.06 - ?700,000.30 per year
