About the jobWe're seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in large language models (LLMs) to drive the development of intelligent, contextual workplace reasoning systems. You'll work at the intersection of model fine-tuning, agentic reasoning, and backend integration to build seamless AI-powered user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fine-tune, integrate, and deploy LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, open-source) for real-world enterprise applications
2. Design and maintain intelligent workflows for summarization, task extraction, prioritization, and contextual reasoning
3. Implement advanced prompting strategies such as chain-of-thought and tool-use agents
4. Optimize model context handling, memory management, and response latency
5. Build and maintain retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems using embeddings and vector search
6. Collaborate cross-functionally with backend engineers, product managers, and UX teams to integrate AI features into core product workflows
7. Continuously evaluate and refine model performance, user feedback loops, and inference pipelines
Other requirements
1. Strong grasp of transformer architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG pipelines
2. Proficiency with LLM frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and OpenAI APIs/tools
3. Experience building or integrating agentic systems using Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a strong plus
4. Solid Python development skills and experience deploying ML solutions in cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
5. Familiarity with MLOps practices including model versioning, evaluation, and CI/CD for ML pipelines
