Job Title: AI Solutions Engineer (AWS Ecosystem Preferred) - Mid-Level

Location: Bangalore

You'll work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, scalable AI/ML applications that solve real-world business challenges.

What You'll Do:

Design and implement AI/ML solutions tailored to complex customer challenges. Translate complex customer challenges into optimized AI/ML solutions. Build and deploy Agentic AI systems and RAG-powered applications. Develop and optimize pipelines using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain Architect and deploy solutions using AWS GenAI & ML services (Bedrock, SageMaker, Kendra, Lex, Lambda, S3, etc.) Monitor system health, performance, and cost efficiency Implement MLOps best practices: CI/CD for ML, monitoring, retraining, and scaling. Work with structured and unstructured data, including text, images, and embeddings. Collaborate with customers, architects, and product managers to ensure clear communication and measurable impact. Balance performance, cost, and security in every solution.

Requirements

04 years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years in GenAI applications. Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks. Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, OpenSearch), and RAG architectures. Familiarity with prompt engineering, ?ne-tuning, and evaluation of LLMs. Knowledge of MLOps practices, version control, and deployment work?ows. Experience with AWS GenAI and ML services; cloud-native architecture knowledge is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Awareness of data security, governance, and cost optimization (FinOps mindset).
