About the role
We are currently seeking to hire a AI/ML Engineer at our head office New Delhi to further?strengthen our software engineering & delivery team.?
We are looking for a skilled and innovative AI/ML Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, solid programming expertise, and a proven track record of building scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models for production-grade and live applications.
Work with large datasets to perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
Optimize and fine-tune models for accuracy, scalability, and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into applications and systems.
Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and frameworks.
Deploy models to cloud/on-prem environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, or Kubernetes).
Monitor model performance and build retraining pipelines to ensure long-term accuracy.
Document technical designs, processes, and results clearly.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering along with knowledge of ML Ops.
Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries/frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, etc.).
Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, or other applied AI domains.
Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and mathematics (linear algebra, probability, statistics).
Knowledge and experience with Databricks or Snowflake are mandatory.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
Proven track record of deploying machine learning models to production.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and with team.
Preferred Skills
Experience in generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers).
Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment.
Exposure to real-time model serving and inference optimization.
