Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled

AI/ML professional with 5+ years of experience

in designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ML algorithms, deep learning frameworks, data engineering, and model deployment, with proven experience in delivering scalable AI-driven solutions for real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement

machine learning models

and

AI solutions

for business use cases. Work with large-scale datasets for

data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training

. Research, evaluate, and apply state-of-the-art algorithms in

ML, NLP, computer vision, and deep learning

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, data engineers, product managers, software engineers) to integrate AI/ML models into production systems. Optimize models for performance, scalability, and low latency in real-world applications. Develop reusable frameworks and maintain best practices for

model lifecycle management (MLOps)

. Stay updated with the latest advancements in

AI/ML research and tools

, and apply them to business challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in

Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field

.

5+ years of experience

in AI/ML, data science, or related roles. Strong proficiency in

Python, R, or Java

, with hands-on experience in ML libraries/frameworks such as

TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn

. Solid understanding of

machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision techniques

. Experience with

data pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

, and

MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)

. Strong knowledge of

SQL/NoSQL databases, big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)

, and API integrations. Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate business problems into technical solutions. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Published research papers or contributions to open-source AI/ML projects. Experience in

generative AI, LLMs (Large Language Models), reinforcement learning, or advanced NLP techniques

. Knowledge of

model interpretability, bias detection, and ethical AI practices
