Job Description

Design and implement advanced machine learning models and deep learning algorithms. Develop scalable ML pipelines using tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar. Lead end-to-end model lifecycle from data preparation to deployment and monitoring. Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and domain experts to integrate AI/ML solutions into products. Perform model tuning, evaluation, and optimization for accuracy and performance. Create technical documentation and present findings to stakeholders. Keep up with the latest AI/ML trends, research, and technologies to drive innovation.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field (Ph.D. preferred). 10+ years of software engineering or data science experience. Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with hands-on expertise in: Supervised/unsupervised learning NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems Deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) Model deployment (Docker, Flask, FastAPI, Kubernetes, etc.) Proficient in Python and its data ecosystem (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn). Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for model deployment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with large language models (LLMs), transformers, or generative AI. Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, etc.). Prior experience in remote or contract roles. Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or publications in research papers.
