Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic fresher or experienced to join our team as an AI/ML Developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and programming, coupled with a passion for developing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Model Development:

Assist in designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world problems. Pre-process and clean datasets to prepare them for modeling.

Data Analysis:

Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns in datasets. Generate meaningful insights and visualizations to support decision-making.

Algorithm Optimization:

Test and fine-tune AI/ML models for performance, accuracy, and scalability. Experiment with different algorithms and frameworks to achieve optimal results.

AI/ML Integration:

Integrate machine learning models into applications, products, or services using appropriate APIs and frameworks. Collaborate with software developers to implement AI-driven features.

Research and Innovation:

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies. Explore new tools, frameworks, and libraries to enhance development processes.

Documentation and Reporting:

Document project processes, model architectures, and experimental results. Present findings and updates to the team in a clear and concise manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI/ML services. Basic knowledge of Python Development. Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Deep Learning. Internship or academic project experience in AI/ML. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in learning new technologies.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience, certifications or internship in AI/ML are a plus.
