Job Description

We're looking for a passionate and curious AI/ML Developer to join our team. Whether you're a fresher with strong fundamentals or a developer with a few years of experience in building intelligent systems, this role offers the opportunity to work on exciting machine learning and data-driven solutions.



You'll be responsible for developing, training, and deploying machine learning models, working with large datasets, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to turn data into real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities

:

Build, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models for real-world use cases Work with structured and unstructured data, performing data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation Design and implement pipelines for data ingestion and model training Collaborate with software developers, data engineers, and domain experts to integrate AI/ML solutions into products Research and experiment with new algorithms and techniques to solve business problems Monitor the performance of models in production and continuously optimize them Present insights, models, and solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders Maintain clear documentation and follow best practices in coding and versioning

Required Skills & Qualifications

:

1-5 years of hands-on experience or academic projects in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or R, with experience using libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras Solid understanding of ML concepts such as supervised/unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model evaluation Knowledge of data handling tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL Familiarity with NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning techniques is a plus Understanding of REST APIs and integration of ML models into web applications Experience with version control tools like Git Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
