What would you do?

You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation Represent individuals who interpret, analyze and translate client requirements into cost-effective, reliable, predictable and deliverable solutions, tied to standard Technology offerings.

What are we looking for?

Functional Architect role with subject matter expertise for Banking, Insurance or Retirements domain with understanding of business/ Product requirement scope, definition, requirement configuration etc.. Responsibilities o Prepare FD and Config. workbooks for providing requirements to Technical teams. o Providing expertise in application setup to work best for relevant deal / client's case o Create detailed functional specifications o Takes responsibility for own professional development and growth in line with agreed development plan o Prepares Functional Requirements Documents and Specifications. o Presents and get necessary approvals from stake holders for the proposed solutions o Conducts product trainings and demos to end users. o Working on initial stages of deal transition or change requests analysis o Analyze & design application per business requirements o Actively seeks opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives. Strong advantage o Experience with software implementation methodology. o Experience in Data, AI & Technology Domain. o Experience in business processes and deliver improved business performance. Must have Skills: Functional Analysis & Domain experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

oIn this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility o The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors o Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals o Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach o Some latitude in decision-making in involved o you will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments o Decisions individual at this role makes have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility o The person manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
