What would you do? You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation Identify and analyze specific and well-documented requirements for business needs related to processes, organizations systems, applications etc including the ability to understand and map the requirements to the given business problems. It involves defining the scope of the project, the timescales and resources needed to complete it.
What are we looking for? o Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and business consultant for GenAI and agentic automation solutions. o Conduct requirement gathering sessions focused on identifying automation and AI opportunities with stakeholders. o Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for deals involving GenAI/Agentic AI solutions. o Analyze As-Is processes and define To-Be processes leveraging GenAI and agentic orchestration. o Guide configuration and deployment of AI/agentic tools, ensuring effective customization for client needs. o Organize and deliver training sessions for end users and UAT participants on GenAI/agentic features. o Support UAT and change management for AI/agentic solution rollouts. o Deep knowledge of F&A processes (Supply Chain, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report). o Deep domain expertise in Finance & Accounting -- across P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A, and related operations. o Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), especially in explaining AI/agentic concepts to business and technical audiences. o Proven ability in requirements elicitation and documentation for AI/agentic solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities: oIn this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility o The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors o Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals o Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach o Some latitude in decision-making in involved o you will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments o Decisions individual at this role makes have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility o The person manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
