Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Builder with strong expertise in Salesforce and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will design and implement intelligent, scalable, and secure AI-driven Salesforce solutions using Einstein, Einstein GPT, LLMs, and external AI/ML services. The role involves building advanced workflows, personalized recommendations, intelligent automation, RAG pipelines, and custom bots to enhance the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Customization

Design, develop, test, document, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.

Extend Salesforce functionality using Apex (Triggers/Classes), LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

Build Salesforce applications with a focus on performance, security, and usability.

AI/ML Development & Integration

Develop, train, and deploy AI/ML models for automation, predictions, scoring, forecasting, and real-time decision-making.

Integrate AI/ML solutions into Salesforce CRM using both native (Einstein/Einstein GPT) and external technologies (Python-based models, Azure/AWS ML services).

Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and LLMs for deep contextual insights within Salesforce workflows.

Build custom AI-powered automation solutions, including Einstein Bots and bespoke GenAI-driven bots for sales and service processes.

Architecture, DevOps & Performance

Manage end-to-end CI/CD processes using Git and modern deployment tools.

Ensure production-grade scalability, reliability, and performance of AI/ML pipelines.

Implement best practices for data security, compliance, and governance--especially for sensitive customer data.

Monitor model accuracy, maintain feedback loops, and continuously fine-tune AI systems for improved user experience.

Collaboration & Innovation

Work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and data teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements.

Stay current with advancements in Generative AI (transformers, LLMs, enterprise tools) and evaluate their applicability to business use cases.

Must-Have Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.

5-7 years of experience in Power BI development and implementation (Dashboarding, Analytics, Reporting).

Strong expertise in building and deploying AI/ML models for automation and decision-making.

Deep experience integrating AI/ML capabilities with Salesforce CRM (Einstein, Einstein GPT, Python models, Azure/AWS ML services).

Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts: LLMs, transformers, vector databases, RAG pipelines.

Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, Salesforce APIs, and custom automation frameworks.

Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in cross-functional environments.

Good to Have

Salesforce certifications (AI Associate, Admin, Platform Developer).

Experience with MLOps tools and cloud services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP AI Platform).

Knowledge of DevOps tooling: Copado, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins.

Experience with building conversational AI or multi-agent workflow pipelines.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
