: Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Architect to drive the enhancement of AI features in our Application Tracking System (ATS). The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of AI and ML algorithms, experience working with ATS platforms, and a passion for optimizing recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities: Assessment and Strategy: Evaluate the current AI capabilities of our ATS. Identify areas of improvement and opportunities for AI enhancement to meet business objectives. Design and Implementation: Design AI/ML solutions to enhance the ATS\'s capabilities including automated resume parsing, candidate ranking, and recommendation engines. Collaborate with software developers to integrate AI/ML models into the ATS. Data Management: Work with the data team to ensure quality data ingestion, preprocessing, and augmentation. Establish efficient data pipelines for training and inference. Model Training and Validation: Train, validate, and fine-tune machine learning models to ensure optimal performance. Regularly retrain models with updated data to keep performance at peak levels. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, software developers, and stakeholders to ensure AI features align with user needs and company goals. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to facilitate understanding and effective implementation of AI features. Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and ATS technologies. Propose and prototype new features or improvements based on the latest trends and research. Qualifications: Master\'s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. Proven experience as an AI/ML architect or similar role. Demonstrable experience with enhancing software solutions, preferably ATS platforms, using AI/ML models. Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization techniques. Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc. Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with database technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
