About the Role

Route Academy is seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic

AI-Integrated Logistics Faculty

to train students in modern logistics combined with AI applications. The candidate must have strong industry experience in Logistics/Supply Chain Management and a good understanding of AI tools used in logistics automation.

Key Responsibilities

Train students on

Logistics, Supply Chain, and AI-integrated logistics modules

. Teach warehouse operations, documentation, import/export, freight forwarding, procurement, and supply chain optimization. Deliver training on AI-based tools such as demand forecasting, route optimization, inventory prediction, and automation workflows (training support will be provided if required). Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments. Conduct practical sessions using case studies and real-time industry scenarios. Assess student performance, track progress, and provide feedback. Guide students for internship and job placements. Support curriculum development and continuous improvement of the AI-integrated logistics program.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience

in Logistics/Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, or Warehouse Management (mandatory). Knowledge of AI applications in logistics (or willingness to learn through academy-provided training). Teaching/training experience preferred, but not mandatory. Strong communication and presentation skills. Understanding of logistics documentation (BL, invoice, packing list, airway bill, etc.). Ability to handle practical examples, simulations, and job-oriented sessions.

Qualification

Any degree in Logistics, SCM, Commerce, Business, or related domains. Certifications in Logistics/SCM or AI tools are an added advantage.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
