Role Overview
As our
AI-First Video & Social Growth Manager
, you'll:
Drive
organic growth
across all core social platforms
Create, optimize, and scale
short-form video content
Transform ideas into high-impact, audience-driven videos
Build and refine
AI-powered content workflows
Track performance and improve consistently
Your Responsibilities
Grow reach and engagement across platforms (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Develop original short-form storytelling that educates, entertains, and converts
Repurpose long-and-short content into platform-specific formats
Use AI tools to boost output and quality*, without compromising creativity Report weekly/monthly performance with clear insights and recommendations
