AI-led Test Strategy Ownership

Own the end-to-end QA strategy with clear use of AI across test design, execution, defect prediction, and release risk assessment for large-scale financial systems.


Intelligent Automation Frameworks

Design and govern smart automation frameworks that use AI for test case generation, self-healing scripts, flaky test detection, and adaptive regression optimization.


Quality Analytics & Predictive Insights

Use ML/AI models to analyze historical defects, production incidents, and test results to predict high-risk areas and guide test prioritization.


Tool Evaluation & Adoption Leadership

Recommend, pilot, and scale AI-enhanced QA tools (commercial or open-source) with a clear ROI mindset rather than tool experimentation for its own sake.


Stakeholder & Team Enablement

Mentor QA and engineering teams on AI-driven testing practices, influence DevOps and product leaders, and embed quality thinking early in the SDLC
