Job Description

Role: AI-Driven Application & Operations Coordinator

AI Platform Utilization

Use AI platforms to automate repetitive tasks, generate content drafts, enhance reporting workflows, and support intelligent features across applications and communication channels.

Application Development & Enhancement

Build and maintain web/mobile applications using modern frameworks, integrating AI-driven components where relevant. Manage WhatsApp Business setup and broadcasts for structured outreach and internal updates. Oversee post creation and scheduling across social media and digital marketing platforms to maintain consistent messaging and engagement. Coordinate catalogue updates, email server configurations, and digital tools that support internal and external communication. Guide teams on maintaining clarity, professionalism, and consistency in digital outputs.

Creative Content Design

Design flyers, brochures, presentations, and visual assets for social media and marketing platforms. Create short application walkthroughs or promotional videos using available tools. Use Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and similar platforms to produce content aligned with brand and communication goals.

Operational & Administrative Support

Collaborate with HR, IT, Marketing, and other teams for operational coordination and identifying areas where AI tools can streamline tasks and reporting. Support grievance tracking and resolution workflows, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up. Assist in maintaining digital infrastructure and guiding teams on professional communication standards.

Reporting & Documentation

Document assigned tasks, monitor progress, and provide timely updates to management. Maintain clear records of platform usage, content schedules, and feedback loops to support process continuity.

Continuous Learning & Team Guidance

Stay informed about emerging digital tools, design trends, and platform features. Experiment with platform-specific features and prompt techniques to improve functionality and user experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
