Role Summary:
The candidate will work as an AI-Assisted Full Stack Developer, contributing to the development of web-based applications using AI-generated skeletal code as the foundation.
Approximately 50-60% of the base code will be generated using AI tools, after which the developer will be responsible for structuring the code into defined schemas, implementing business logic, integrations, validations, and refining the application as per detailed project documentation provided by the Operations team.
This role does not involve traditional line-by-line coding from scratch and instead focuses on implementation, structuring, optimization, and integration.
Key Responsibilities
? Develop and maintain full-stack applications (frontend + backend)
? Work with AI-generated code to:
? Structure application architecture
? Define schemas and data models
? Implement business logic and workflows
? Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services
? Refine, debug, and optimize AI-generated code
? Follow detailed technical and functional documentation
? Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Technology teams
? Ensure timely delivery of assigned modules and tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
? Strong understanding of Full Stack Development concepts
? Frontend and Backend fundamentals
? Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks (any)
? Basic understanding of:
? APIs
? Databases and schema design
? Authentication and workflows
? Exposure to or interest in AI-assisted development tools
? Ability to understand documentation and convert requirements into working solutions
? Good problem-solving and debugging skills. Preferred Candidate Profile
? Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science
? Candidates with project work, GitHub repositories, or portfolios will be selected
? Willingness to learn and adapt to new development methodologies
? Strong execution focus and ownership mindset.
