About the role:

We're hiring a junior full-stack developer who can build modern applications using AI-assisted development tools like Cursor and v0.dev, combined with a solid understanding of architecture, logic, and coding fundamentals.

This role blends:

AI engineering Full-stack development Rapid prototyping
You will work directly with the founder to build internal products and automation systems, starting with the core Flow Management Platform, but you will also work on other tools as needed.

Your work will include:

Full-stack web app development Internal tools Micro-tools UI/UX components Workflow automation HTML email template building (if required) AI-assisted code generation and debugging
You are not limited to a single project -- you will help build multiple internal products from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build Applications Using AI Tools (Cursor, v0, etc.)

Convert product ideas or task descriptions into real applications. Use AI tools to speed up coding, fix bugs, and generate components. Understand the overall system architecture based on the brief, technical guidance, and workflows shared. Follow the feature logic, requirements, and development guidelines explained by the collaborating stakeholders.

2. Full-Stack Development

Frontend using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, shadcn/ui Backend using Supabase (Auth, DB, Realtime, Functions) API integrations Third-party tool integrations

3. General Engineering Support:

Build HTML email templates if required Create mini internal tools Develop internal dashboards Build small frontend apps Automations, scripts, utilities Fix issues and improve existing tools

4. Ownership & Delivery:

Break down tasks Work independently on simpler modules Take guidance for advanced architecture Deliver features on time with high quality Push yourself to solve problems proactively

5. Learn Fast:

Stay updated with AI tools Learn new frameworks quickly Understand domain logic Apply logic to multi-step and multi-approval workflows

What we expect from you:

Technical skills-

Next.js / React TypeScript Supabase or any SQL DB Tailwind / shadcn/UI

Clear understanding of-

Components APIs State management Basic architecture

Willingness to learn-

Workflows Logic systems Approval systems Multi-step process flows

AI Skills-

You must be comfortable with -- or quickly able to learn:

Cursor (primary AI development environment) v0.dev (AI UI generation) AI tools like GPT, Claude, Copilot
AI will be your co-developer, and you will be trained to use it properly.
