Job Description

We are building a production-grade AI Voice Agent platform and expanding it into WhatsApp Business automation. We are looking for a hands-on engineer who can build, integrate, and scale real conversational AI systems.

What You'll Work On

Build and scale AI voice agents (inbound & outbound) Integrate telephony APIs (WAPI or similar) for call handling Use 11Labs for high-quality text-to-speech Design webhook-based, event-driven architectures Store and analyze call recordings, transcripts, and metadata Build reusable conversation orchestration logic Extend the platform to WhatsApp Business APIs Handle WhatsApp webhooks, templates, media, and conversation flows
Required Skills

Strong Python experience (FastAPI / Flask preferred) Hands-on experience with Voice AI systems Experience with WAPI / telephony APIs Experience with 11Labs or similar TTS providers Solid understanding of webhooks & async systems Experience deploying on Railway Experience with WhatsApp Business integrations
Nice to Have

Twilio (Voice / WhatsApp) Meta Business APIs Startup / product-building experience
Mindset

Builder mentality -- you own features end-to-end Comfortable with production systems and real users Able to move fast while maintaining reliability
