You will translate business needs into automated workflows using modern AI tools, no-code/low-code platforms, and APIs--creating systems that are reliable, secure, and measurable.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain
end-to-end automated workflows
using AI and automation tools
Identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone processes and replace them with
scalable automation solutions
Integrate AI models (LLMs, classification, summarization, extraction, etc.) into business workflows
Build automations connecting CRMs, marketing tools, internal databases, customer support systems, and analytics platforms
Develop prompt frameworks and AI logic for consistent, high-quality outputs
Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize automation performance
Document workflows, logic, and system architecture for internal use
Ensure automations meet
data security, privacy, and compliance
standards
Collaborate with leadership, operations, marketing, and sales teams to align automation with business goals
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience building
automation workflows
(Zapier, n8n, Tray.io, etc.)
Hands-on experience with
AI tools and LLMs
(OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data flows
Experience automating CRMs (HubSpot, Kixie, custom systems, etc.)
Ability to map business processes and convert them into technical workflows
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent documentation and communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Background in operations, systems engineering, or technical product management
Experience with RPA tools or scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
Experience supporting sales, marketing, or customer success automations
Startup or high-growth company experience
