Role Summary

We are looking for an AI-first Visual & Product Designer to build and evolve the visual identity, product creatives, and digital assets for DrishtiNova's platforms.

This is not a traditional graphic design role.

The role requires hands-on experience with modern AI creative tools across image, video, and audio, combined with strong visual design fundamentals.

You will work closely with product, tech, and leadership teams to design logos, app visuals, splash screens, short videos, and digital creatives for next-generation digital products.

Key Responsibilities

Design logos, brand assets, splash screens, banners, and app visuals Create short-form videos, promos, reels, and motion creatives Design product visuals for mobile apps, OTT platforms, and web Use AI tools as a core part of the creative workflow (not optional) Combine AI-generated output with manual refinement Work with product teams on visual flows and basic UI screens Rapidly iterate designs based on feedback and product needs Maintain consistency across brand, product, and marketing assets

Required Skills (MANDATORY)

Candidates must already have hands-on experience with multiple tools below:

Midjourney (or equivalent generative image tools) Runway ML (AI video generation / enhancement) HeyGen (AI avatar / video workflows) ElevenLabs (AI voice generation) Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (for refinement and production work) Adobe Premiere Pro (basic to intermediate video editing)

Experience with Figma (basic UI/product screens) Experience designing for mobile apps or OTT platforms Exposure to generative workflows beyond Midjourney / Runway Startup or fast-paced product environment experience

Pay: ₹35,189.87 - ₹40,564.46 per month
